Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design Hua Shanday Cultural and Creative Design by Zilong Chen The Hua Shan Day visual identity revitalizes the UNESCO World Heritage Huashan Rock Art for contemporary audiences. Inspired by the 2000 year old Luoyue culture the design reconstructs ancient totems depicting ritual prayer and labor. By applying a methodology of contemporary reconstruction the project translates raw red ochre pictograms into a modern geometric brand system. This approach preserves heritage authenticity while creating an accessible engaging visual language that fosters public appreciation and cultural sustainability.
