Master Sheng Yen, the founder of Dharma Drum Mountain, in 1992. The concept is aimed to enhance the quality of humans, so humans are able to face reality and solve problems with healthy mentalities. The design element for the expression of visual design is focused on how lotus flowers and roots "grow out of mud yet remain pure and untainted", and based on this element, the imagery of spiritual purification is created.
